Derby Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup pecans
1 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup flour
1 stick margarine or butter, melted and cooled slightly
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9" unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Thoroughly mix all filling ingredients together and pour into pie shell
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown and center of pie is set
Cool 45 minutes
